How to properly care for my jewelry?
It is strongly recommended to keep your jewelry away from moisture. Please remove it while showering, swimming, and exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, body sprays, lotions, and aerosols as this can damage the jewelry and speed up tarnishing process.
We all produce natural body oils which can react to the metals used in jewelry and this can contribute to it changing colors. To preserve your jewelry longer please follow the above tips.
DO NOT use jewelry cleaner. Cleaner made for silver, gold, or platinum is way too harsh for fashion jewelry which is usually plated with these precious metals.
What to do if my jewelry changes color?
Due to our bodies producing natural oils, the environment and other chemicals the metals can change colors. This process is irreversible and inevitable. Getting the jewelry re-dipped is an alternative, but we unfortunately do not offer this service.
Cubic zirconia (CZ)

Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, The Pink Vault will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.
