Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping confirmation

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent out immediately. A second email is sent with tracking number once your order is being packaged and getting ready to be sent out. All orders are shipped via USPS first class.

Standard processing and shipping: 2-5 business days

Custom order processing time: up to 6 weeks

Custom orders

Each order is handmade and made to order, therefore it takes time. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to fully complete before it is shipped out. Additionally, if an in stock order is placed with a custom order, THEY WILL BOTH BE SHIPPED OUT TOGETHER WHEN CUSTOM ORDER FINISHES PROCESSING.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that may seem fraudulent or suspicious. To avoid running the risk of your order being canceled please ensure your shipping and billing address match. 

Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages damaged in transit. Should you experience any of these issues please file a claim with USPS.

Returns and exchanges

Once we receive your order it begins processing immediately. Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

 

International orders 

We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties import are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. The Pink Vault and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. The Pink Vault is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
